Rental Program Fees
Rental program fees are based on North Georgia’s Personal Touch listing your vacation property and making the booking for you. These fees only apply when vacation home owner use NGPT cleaning and yard maintenance services. Our professional and superior quality services is our reputation and Your guest first impression. ( If the vacation home owner prefers to use other cleaning and yard maintenance services please see Associate Rental Program). A fee of 23% of the total rent (total before taxes and other applicable fees) is charged when we book a rental for your vacation property.
