Exterior Cleaning :

 Pressure washing of home, walks, decks, drives and gutter cleaning is available upon request. (Quote will be given based on work requested.) Maintenance: HVAC: change filters, coil cleaning, treat drain line and condensate pan free of algae. (repair parts charged at going rates.)

Gutter cleaning

Electrical:

appliances, lights, fans, plugs, switches. (minor repairs)

Plumbing:

Faucets, clogged drains and toilets.

Hot tubs:

 maintain sanitary chemical levels, clean or change filter, vacuum as needed, drain water and refill as needed. Check overall operations to insure tub is working properly. ( Chemicals included) See services cost list for maintenance fees.
