HVAC: change filters, coil cleaning, treat drain line and condensate pan free of algae. (repair parts charged at going rates.)

Electrical:  appliances, lights, fans, plugs, switches.

(minor repairs)

Plumbing: Faucets, clogged drains and toilets.

Hot tubs: maintain sanitary chemical levels, clean or change filter, vacuum as needed, drain water and refill as needed. Check overall operations to insure tub is working properly. ( Chemicals included)
